- CSOs at Flemington and Leppington only performing work to their current master roster structure.
- Ban on using the Fare Compliance Management System app.
- Ban on Transport Officers issuing fines, cautions, and/or checking tickets between 6am and 10am each day, and 3pm and 7pm each day, or at any times for passengers who are nurses.
- A ban on any duties involved in restoring Opal Gates to the closed position or normal operation once they have been opened or rendering inoperative for any reason.
- A ban on Train Crewing Operations compiled BCP reports.
