Sydney Trains and NSW Trains EA agreement: Member survey
Last Friday, the CRU reached agreement in-principle with Sydney Trains and NSW Trains.
The deal is one that should now move to the roadshow stage and be put to members who will exercise their democratic right to decide on whether they approve the enterprise agreement or not.
Unfortunately the ETU is still actively standing against our agreement being put to a vote of members.
We are now working on a process to work around them and have the Fair Work Commission order the agreement to go to a vote.
It’s important that the Commission knows that members want the agreement put out for a vote!
