EA Bargaining website ‘Fighting for our future’ is now LIVE

5 July 2024

Dear Members,

Firstly, you would have seen the government’s position on wages in the communications from management this morning. Obviously, this position is woefully inadequate and does not come anywhere near addressing our claim. Your delegates dispensed with it as such first thing on Wednesday morning.

Your EA Delegate committee has decided on a slogan for this bargain, “Fighting for our future”. It’s fitting that this is our campaign name this bargaining round with so many threats to our future just around the corner. Automation, cost of living crisis, unaffordable housing, and privatisation being amongst some of the most pressing. Even though we can’t solve every problem we face through enterprise bargaining, this bargaining round is the beginning of the fight for our future.

We’ve created a website, Fighting for our Future, and it is now LIVE!

This is where we will publish all of our updates for the Sydney Trains and NSW Trains Enterprise Agreement negotiations.
